Responsibly made, locally produced
Our nautical briefs and nautical trunks are 100% made in Europe. Most of our workshops are located in Portugal, within a 30-kilometre radius around Braga. This tight network allows us to keep production under control, limit transport, and cut unnecessary emissions. Our Portuguese partners use green electricity.
The elastic waistband is produced in Austria by a specialist manufacturer. We would have loved to source it locally, but we simply couldn’t find the same level of quality elsewhere.
A real commitment
At Bluebuck, we don’t pretend to be carbon neutral – that would be dishonest, and that’s not who we are. But we do make genuine efforts to reduce our emissions at every stage of production.
And we go one step further. As a proud member of 1% for the Planet, we donate 1% of our annual revenue to environmental organizations. A small gesture, but a meaningful one.
