Typically, orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and at most, within 48 hours. Our warehouse is located in Portugal. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number if available.

• UPS Standard (Road Shipping): 3 business days.
• UPS Express (Air): 1 business day.

Canada and USA:

• Mail (post) tracked service: between 7 and 9 business days.
• UPS Express: 2 business days.

Asia, Oceania, and rest of the world:

• Mail (post) tracked service: between 8 and 20 business days.
• UPS Express (Air service): between 2 and 5 business days.

France, UK, Europe:

• Tracked Post (tracked mail): Free delivery for orders over £35. Delivery fee £6 for orders up to £35.
• UPS Standard (Road Shipping): Free delivery for orders over £65. Delivery fee £12 for orders up to £65.
• UPS Express (Air service): Free delivery for orders over £125. Delivery fee £17 for orders up to £125.

Canada, USA, Asia, and rest of the world:

• Mail (post) tracked service: Free delivery for orders over US$50 / €40. Shipping fee US$6 / €5 for orders up to US$50 / €40.
• UPS Express (Air service): Free delivery for orders over US$165 / €150. Shipping fee US$20 / €18 for orders up to US$165 / €150.
