What exactly are GOTS-certified organic cotton socks?
Our organic cotton socks are made of 90% GOTS-certified organic cotton, 9% recycled polyamide and 1% elastane. A balance designed to combine the natural softness of organic cotton, the strength of recycled polyamide and just enough elastane for the sock to stay in place all day without squeezing the ankle.
The GOTS certification of organic cotton covers every stage of production: cotton growing, spinning, dyeing, making.

- Organic cotton grown in Turkey or India, without pesticides or chemical fertilisers, under conditions checked by independent bodies.

A technical detail that matters: our socks are knitted with 5 different coloured yarns, which gives them their characteristic heathered look. Not a random effect, a manufacturing choice that gives every pair its character.
One-size organic socks: how does it work?
Our men's organic cotton socks are one size. Not out of lazy design, but because the combination of organic cotton, recycled polyamide and elastane gives a natural stretch that comfortably fits most shoe sizes. No maths to do, no bad surprise on delivery.

Two types of styles share the BLUEBUCK organic cotton sock range:
- the plain versions, from toe to ankle, understated and versatile
- and the versions with contrast panels: toes, heel and ankle in a contrasting colour, with a stripe at the ankle that signs the style.

Our organic socks are available by the pair, to try a colour or complete a collection. But for those past the trial stage, packs of 4, 6 or 8 pairs let you stock up with a significant discount, up to 35% on packs of 8. Packs put together by us or to build yourself from the 28 available colours.

The yarns of our organic cotton socks and the socks themselves are made entirely in Portugal, in a factory powered 100% by renewable electricity produced on site. The whole production chain is European and 100% traceable.
Yes, and that's exactly where the GOTS certification makes the difference. No irritating substances in the composition: no PFAS, no formaldehyde, no harsh dyes. Organic cotton, with its extra-long fibres, is naturally softer against the skin than conventional cotton. For reactive feet, sensitive skin or those who spend their days standing, BLUEBUCK GOTS organic cotton socks make a real difference every day.
We recommend machine washing at 30°C maximum, with a mild detergent, ideally without fabric softener, which damages natural fibres in the long run. No tumble dryer: heat shrinks, deforms and prematurely wears out organic cotton. Dry flat or hang to air dry and your organic socks will keep their shape, softness and colours well beyond what an ordinary sock would dream of.
