Both the yarn and the socks are made in Portugal, using renewable energy to keep our carbon footprint to a minimum. I found this brand at a store in Portland, OR and after one pair I had to get more. They are incredibly comfortable and breathable with plenty of room. Will be buying more! For sizing, I normally wear a US Medium in briefs and went with the Large here and they are a perfect fit.
