Typically, orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and at most, within 48 hours. Our warehouse is located in Portugal. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email, which will include a tracking number if available.

• UPS Standard (Road Shipping): 3 business days.
• UPS Express (Air): 1 business day.

Canada and USA:

• Mail (post) tracked service: between 7 and 9 business days.
• UPS Express: 2 business days.

Asia, Oceania, and rest of the world:

• Mail (post) tracked service: between 8 and 20 business days.
• UPS Express (Air service): between 2 and 5 business days.

DELIVERY COSTS

Canada, USA, Asia, and rest of the world:

• Mail (post) tracked service: Free delivery for orders over $50. Shipping fee $6 for orders up to $50.
• UPS Express (Air service): Free delivery for orders over $165. Shipping fee $20 for orders up to $165.
