Shipping Information
Typically, orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and at most, within 48 hours. Our warehouse is located in Portugal. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email which will include a tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES

Europe:

• Fedex or DPD (road service): between 5 and 8 working days.
• UPS Express (Air): 1-2 working day.

Canada:

• Fedex: around 7-8 business days.
• UPS Express: 2 business days.

Asia, Australia, South America, rest of the world:

• Fedex or tracked Post service: between 6 and 10 business days.
• UPS Express (Air service): between 2 and 5 business days.

DELIVERY COSTS

Europe:

• Fedex or DPD (road service): free delivery for orders over €50. Delivery fee €8 for orders up to €50.
• UPS Express (Air service): Free delivery for orders over €200. Delivery fee €20 for orders up to €200.

Canada, Asia, Australia, South America, rest of the world:

• €15 on orders up to €100
• €10 on orders from  €100 to €200
• Free shipping for orders over €200
