Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours, or at the most within 48 hours. Our warehouse is located in Portugal. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the shipment, with a tracking number where applicable.

• UPS Standard (by road) : 3 working days
• UPS Express (by air) : 1 working day

Canada, USA :

• Mail (post): between 10 and 35 working days
• UPS Express: 2 working days

Asia, Oceania, rest of the world:

• Mail (post): between 12 and 35 working days
• UPS Express: between 2 and 5 working days

• UPS Standard (by road): free delivery from 64€, delivery charge 10€ up to 64€.
