The classic brief is the foundation of any good underwear drawer. No frills, nothing superfluous: a clean cut, understated colours, a flawless material. Our classic organic cotton briefs are exactly that, plus the certainty that everything has been made properly, in Europe, with GOTS-certified organic cotton. Sixteen colours available, all inspired by nature and the seaside. Individually or in packs of 3, 4, 6 or 8, with a discount at each level.
GOTS-certified organic cotton and almost nothing else
Our classic briefs are made of 95% GOTS-certified organic cotton and 5% elastane. The GOTS certification (Global Organic Textile Standard) isn't a label you stick on the packaging to make a good impression. It covers every stage of production: cotton growing, spinning, dyeing and making. At every link, strict environmental and social criteria, checked by independent bodies.
What that means in practice for an organic cotton brief:
- Soft: top-quality extra-long fibres for an instantly recognisable feel.
- Breathable: cotton is a natural fibre that lets air circulate. Comfortable to wear all day, even when it's hot.
- Hypoallergenic: no PFAS, no formaldehyde, no toxic dyes. Nothing that irritates, nothing you'd rather not have against your skin.
- Durable: worn and washed dozens of times, it keeps its shape and comfort. That's the very principle of a well-made garment.
- Eco-friendly: organic cotton preserves biodiversity, saves water and reduces emissions. And our factory runs on solar electricity produced on site.
A classic cut, designed down to the detail
"Classic" doesn't mean basic. The cut of our men's organic cotton briefs has been designed to be both discreet under clothes and comfortable to wear all day: mid-rise, neither too high nor too low, a precise fit without compression.
The elastic waistband, made with 60% cotton in Austria, is soft and doesn't leave marks on the skin at the end of the day. The inside label is cotton, sewn so it never itches. Nothing spectacular. Just what's needed, exactly where it's needed.
Sixteen colours, one standard
Sixteen colours available, all in tones inspired by nature and the sea: shades of blue, green, grey, white, black, a few warmer touches. Shades designed to be worn for a long time without going out of style, in line with our approach of timeless collections, never on sale. We don't follow trends. We choose colours we'll still want to wear in five years.
Individually or in packs, as you need
Our classic organic cotton briefs are available individually, to try or to complete a collection. But if you already know it's your go-to style, packs are there to make life easier: x3, x4, x6 or x8, with a discount at each level.
Two options to choose from:
- ready-made brief packs, with a selection of colours designed to go well together,
- or fully customisable brief packs, where you choose each colour yourself from the sixteen available. You receive exactly what you selected. No surprises.
Made entirely in Europe
When we say "briefs made in Europe", we really mean it. Our classic briefs aren't simply assembled in Europe from components that came from elsewhere, which is technically enough to claim the label. No, every component is made and then assembled in Europe:
- the fabric and the garment in Portugal, in a factory powered 100% by solar electricity produced on site
- the elastic waistband in Austria, where renewable energy accounts for more than 80% of the energy mix
- the cotton labels in Italy.
Only the organic cotton comes from elsewhere, since it doesn't grow in Europe. We source it from Turkey or India, from GOTS-certified producers, always.
The composition, cut and manufacturing are strictly identical: 95% GOTS-certified organic cotton, 5% elastane, made in Portugal with solar power. The difference is purely aesthetic. Classic briefs are plain, in understated, timeless colours. Nautical briefs feature stripes inspired by the world of sailing, with bolder colour combinations. Same comfort, same durability, same commitment. Just a question of what you prefer to see in your drawer in the morning.
Yes, it's even one of its strengths. The GOTS certification guarantees the complete absence of irritating substances: no PFAS, no formaldehyde, no harsh dyes. Organic cotton, with its extra-long fibres, is naturally softer than conventional cotton. The waistband doesn't leave marks, the label doesn't itch. For reactive skin looking for an organic cotton brief to wear with complete confidence all day, it's the simplest answer there is.
